Use this form for questions about language pairs, file suitability, certification or an existing instruction. For a new paid instruction, use Basic or Priority on the pricing page.
Refund requests within fourteen days of purchase do not require a reason. Mark the topic as “Refund” and include the payment reference if you have it.
Do not send original identity documents by unencrypted email if a scan already sits on the instruction. This form is for messages, not bulk file transfer of highly sensitive packs.
