What we translate.

Each instruction is scoped to a language pair, a document type and a receiving audience. The linguist is selected for subject matter as well as language. A second reader checks the file before release.

01

Document translation

Commercial papers, internal reports, board packs, policies and correspondence. Layout is retained where the source allows (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, tagged PDF). We flag untranslatable graphics or poor scans.

02

Certified translation

Civil-status documents, identity papers, transcripts, licences and address evidence. Where the receiving body requires it, we issue a signed certificate of accuracy. You remain responsible for confirming that body accepts a professionally certified translation rather than a court-sworn translator in a specific country.

03

Legal translation

Contracts, articles, powers of attorney, pleadings, disclosure and regulatory correspondence. Legal meaning is not simplified. Defined terms, recitals and numbering stay aligned with the source. Supply a glossary if you have preferred party names.

04

Medical and pharmaceutical

Discharge summaries, trial documentation, informed-consent forms, IFUs and pharmacovigilance text. Dosages, units and drug names are checked against the source.

05

Technical translation

Manuals, bills of materials, safety instructions, software strings and specifications. Warnings are not softened.

06

Localisation

Websites, applications, help centres and marketing sites for a named market. Date formats, currency and tone of address are adjusted. We can work from resource files, HTML or copy decks.

07

Financial and corporate

Accounts narratives, investment summaries, KYC packs and shareholder communications. Figures and entity names are preserved exactly as presented.

08

Marketing and brand

Campaign copy, product sheets and presentations. We will not invent claims that are absent from the source.

What “reviewed” means

Linguist assignment

Work is given to a translator working into their native language, with relevant subject experience. Unreviewed machine output is not sold as a finished product.

Second-pass review

A reviewer checks completeness, numbers, names, omissions and register. Queries are raised only where the source is genuinely ambiguous.

Confidentiality

Source files are treated as confidential. Access is limited to staff and linguists on the instruction. See the privacy policy.

File return

Delivery is electronic. We return a practical target file and, on request, a clean PDF. The source is not altered.
